Registration:

The registration fee covers the access to the conference site, conference materials, welcome cocktail, refreshment during the breaks and poster sessions. Other meals and lodging are not included. Additional fees apply for the conference dinner and for excursions (you may choose only one excursion), see the Social programme section.

The registration proceeds in two stages: the pre-registration, to be validated by the organizers, which is followed by the payment (using bank card or via bank transfer). For administrative reasons, no on-site registration and cash payment will be possible.

Cancellation policy:

Following the administrative rules, the refund is possible in the case of a declined visa application or for medical reasons (medical certificate required).
